CARP offers the FollowMe Life Plan, available direct to CARP members. It is intended as a life insurance policy that begins when group coverage, often through an employer, ends. FollowMe is an excellent product for those transitioning into their retirement.
Available to Canadians ages 18 to 69.
Coverage from $25,000, and up to $200,000.
FollowMe does not require a medical exam or health questions if you apply before 60 days of your group plan expiring.
This policy is renewable to age 80.
Non-smokers receive preferred rates.
Living benefit provides part of your coverage if you are diagnosed with a terminal illness, up to 50%.
